Theresa Jones

Director Of Luminance Insight

Theresa is the director of Luminance Insight, an online research consultancy based in London. She combines her experiences of living in different countries, learning languages and working for some of the UK's most innovative market research agencies to unearth cultural insights that drive better storytelling and bigger impact for her clients.

Having studied Spanish and Film Studies at university led to a lifelong interest in visual and linguistic communication. Market research was a perfect fit for her, as it was a great way to tie together her love of language and semiotics with her fascination for people. Theresa's main areas of expertise are youth, diversity, media and FMCG.

She primarily works in a qualitative capacity but also brings her quantitative skills to the mix when needed. Away from her desk, you can find her either burying her nose in a good book, listening to podcasts, enjoying nature, sampling London's culinary delights...or all of the above at once!
